Anne
Etra teaches fitness classes at both general and active older
adult levels.
What
defines an active older adult? It's hard to tell: ages range from
40 to 94! The important thing is that everybody is MOVING. Getting
stronger. More flexible. Healthier. Feeling better. Looking Better.
Having Fun!
“Charming,
Inspiring, and works your butt off!” Lila, New

General Classes
Hard
Core Body/Cardio Sculpt
High-energy body conditioning classes may include any combination
of aerobics, calisthenics, strength training, squats, lunges,
plies, plyometrics, boxing, balance, butt, and killer abdominals
- with serious stretch - to give you a total body workout.
ABSESSION
Core Conditioning
No
messing around here - abdominals are Anne's favorite muscle group
- and she knows how to work them with focus and intensity. These
sneaky muscles are carefully challenged, and lower back stretches
complete the class.
McCIRCUIT!
– Explosive 30-minute circuit training
Nine different
stations combine resistance training, cardiovascular and abdominal
work to challenge all your muscle groups. Jump rope, weights,
plyometrics, intense abs, squat combos, and more test your strength,
speed, and endurance in this innovative workout.
