ANNE ETRA is a former Children’s Reference Books Publisher who changed careers when she fell in love with fitness. Her interest in senior fitness continues to grow because she wants to dance well into her 90’s. This allows her to look back down the fitness continuum and consider how we build stronger bodies, earlier.

Anne does most of her bone-building work - fitness classes, personal training, Osteoporosis lectures – in the greater New York/metropolitan area. Her Osteoporosis telephone consultations are nationwide.

Anne Etra’s fitness certifications include:
Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA): Group Instruction and Personal Training, AFAA Senior Fitness Certificate, National Arthritis Foundation ‘Osteoporosis and You’ and ‘Arthritis Self Help’ outreach, PACE (People with Arthritis can Exercise), Aquatics Training, Johnny G. Spinning, and Health Dimensions Silver Sneakers.

Coming Soon: YOGA Certification
